Principles
How the FOSTAC MAXIMUS® works
- the scientific principles
The FOSTAC MAXIMUS® makes use of the latest discoveries in quantum physics. In connection with research on new electronic and medical systems that were tested as part of the Russian space program, Russian and Ukrainian scientists have been able to demonstrate that the total information of all matter is stored in the electrons of the atoms.
It follows that the electrons are the active components of every atom, and the nucleus is the reactive part. If the information in the electrons is changed, it causes a corresponding change in the whole atom.
The scientific research also showed that the electron develops a spin (rotation) on its own axis, either clockwise or anti-clockwise according to the type of its information. With sophisticated electronics and mathema-tical calculations it is now possible to measure and calculate the direction and speed of this spin at any given moment, as well as the emitted wavelengths.
Electrons normally contain a mixture of biologically negative information, which results in a clockwise spin, and biologically positive information, which results in an anti-clockwise spin.
The electrons that flow in electrical circuits also obey the same laws of nature. However, these electrons contain an excess of negative information, which results in the electrons rotating in the clockwise sense, and this has a very negative influence on living tissue. Living systems in nature, such as people, animals and plants, react to this with varying degrees of sensitivity – many people feel tired and drained, for example. The phenomenon is referred to as electro-smog.
A further discovery is that the speed of the electron’s spin has no fixed value. According to Professor Andropov of the Academy of Sciences in Moscow, the spin speed of the electron can be increased up to 32 times the speed of light, the actual speed being dependent on the information that is imprinted on it.
Where there is a mixture of negative and positive information, the electron spins more slowly – negative and positive, with their opposing energy charges, partially cancel each other out. Thus, the clearer the information, the faster the electron will rotate, and the more powerful its spin will be.
It is precisely these properties of the electron that are put to use in the FOSTAC MAXIMUS®. All the negative
information is ‘erased’ by a high frequency transmission process, and the electrons are programmed with positive information to give them a well-defined charge and accelerate them to maximum spin in the anti-clockwise direction – to which living tissue reacts very positively. The electro-smog is dissipated, producing a detectable and tangible healthy effect.
Another effect of accelerating the spin of the electrons in the electrical circuit is a significant increase in power efficiency. Without affecting either voltage or current, each electron delivers more power – which means that a smaller electron flow is required in order to produce the same power. Therefore less power is drawn from the generating station for the same amount of work – the meters run slower and the electricity bill is lower.

Brief technical explanation
FOSTAC MAXIMUS® draws its energy from the permanent flow of electrons in nature, which arises from the natural potential difference between the Earth and the ionosphere.
The accumulators in the equipment consist of a copper core wrapped in silicon dioxide (glass fiber) fabric, which in turn is enclosed in a bromine-doped boron silicate (glass) casing.
The accumulators are inserted in the electrical circuit, which is connected to the copper cores. The accumulators create a high-density tachyon field, which acts like a kind of antenna, drawing electrons from the natural energy field and feeding them into the electrical circuit. This produces a change in direction of the spin of the electrons, from clockwise to anti-clockwise, and also greatly increases the spin rate. This process increases the efficiency of the electricity, which results in lower consumption of power from the electricity supplier. When it is used with a source of electrical power, it optimizes the feed-in power and thus achieves higher yield.

Basic device selection
Maximum operating current of FOSTAC MAXIMUS® units
The current at the circuit protection point (normally below the meter) indicates the maximum per pha-se current value [A] of the electrical equipment. The stated current and cable cross-section are always quoted only for a single phase.

• Units for wall-mounting are marked with a “W”, e.g. M250W
• Units above M403 have multiple terminals per phase
Warning:
Please take care to use the correct equipment terminology. For example, in general usage an M400 is a floor-mounted unit, an M400W is a wall-mounted unit, and an M403 is a floor-mounted unit with multiple terminals per phase.
In all cases, the unit must be connected downstream of the meter!
The relevant factor for rating the unit is the rating of the protective device (fuse or circuit breaker) for the associated meter, not the rating of the protective device at the main incoming connection to the building. The main circuit breaker or fuse usually has a higher rating than the circuit breakers or fuses on the distribution panel. However, only the rating of the incoming circuit breaker or fuse is significant for large industrial units (M403 and above), since the difference is relatively insignificant.
Installations with several electricity meters or transformers
For buildings with a second meter, e.g. for a heat pump, under-floor heating, a swimming pool or adjoi-ning apartments, a single unit is quite sufficient – the current flow will harmonize the entire installation. However, depending on the size of the installation, it may be necessary to use a larger unit, if the field effects are sufficiently great (e.g. M100W instead of P40).
For installations with several buildings, each with their own meters, it may be necessary to install several units.
For industrial plants with their own step-down transformer, the unit should only be installed downstream of the meter and the transformer on the low-voltage network (230V / 400V).
Field effect of the FOSTAC MAXIMUS® devices
The unit’s accumulators act as an antenna, attracting tachyons from the natural electrical field and chan-ging the spin of the electrons to a direction that is biologically positive.
The positive properties of the electrons spread through the electrical circuit, reaching as far as several ki-lometers (roughly up to the next transformer). However, the detectable optimization of the current takes place close to the unit, with a range up to a few hundred meters.
The tachyonized accumulators also create an energy field, whose size depends on the rating of the unit, with positive effects on people, animals and plants in the vicinity of the electrical installation.

Because of the field effect, there is no need for any additional equipment, even for large objects such as duplexes or small apartment buildings. However, in order to generate the necessary field coverage it may be necessary to use a larger unit than would be needed to handle only the rated current of the circuit protection device. The same applies to small installations for power feed-in to the building.
Using the FOSTAC MAXIMUS® with large power feed-in systems
With solar power, wind power or thermal energy installations, the FOSTAC MAXIMUS® achieves optimized power generation. In relatively large installations, the unit is connected between the inverter and the meter.
The following units are recommended for power feed-in installations:
• up to 20 kW P40
• 20-50 kW M100W
• 50-100 kW M200
• 100-125 kW M250
• above 125 kW Details on request
Note: the maximum current rating of the protective device must also be taken into account with power feed-in systems!
Mains distribution systems
Mains distribution system (applies to units from type M200 onward)
In TN mains distribution systems (from the French “terre neutre”, or neutral earth), the distribution net-work includes a protective earth (PE) conductor. There are various options for routing and earthing this conductor.
FOSTAC MAXIMUS® P40 and M100W are approved for all TN systems. For commercial installations rated at more than 100 A per phase (M200 and above), however, the type of TN system concerned must be specified, since TN-C and TN-CS systems have different conductor designations, and the units must be constructed accordingly. The TT system is a special form, which basically resembles the TN-S system. If necessary, the electrician should confirm which mains system is in use.
When the unit is installed with a TN-C four-conductor system, the casing of the unit should be connected to the PEN conductor (protective earth / neutral) or via a supplementary earth conductor (PE conductor) routed to the unit!
Types of TN systems
In a TN-S system (from the French “terre neutre separé”, or separate neutral and earth), separate neutral (N) and protective earth (PE) conductors are connected from the transformer to the load.
In a TN-C system (from the French “terre neutre combiné”, or combined neutral and earth), there is a single, combined protective earth and neutral (PEN) conductor.
In a TN-CS system (from the French “terre neutre combiné separé), the wiring from the transformer is the same as that of a TN-C system, but the common PEN conductor is split into a neutral (N) conductor and a protective earth (PE) conductor inside the building.
A TT system (from the French “terre terre”) is a rare type of distribution system, which is initially cabled from the transformer like a TN-S system but without the protective earth conductor. The protective earth (PE) conductor is laid separately and usually within the building.
In Switzerland, the TN-S system is the norm. Some older installations in Germany or Austria still use the TN-C or TN-CS systems, but more recent installations also use the TN-S system. TT systems are encountered only very rarely.

The relevant factor for rating the FOSTAC MAXIMUS® is the rating of the protective device of the associa-ted meter, not the rating of the protective device for the main incoming connection of the building.

The FOSTAC MAXIMUS® unit is connected between the meter and the distribution panel.
The current ratings of the protective devices (VS 1) indicate the maximum individual circuit capacities [A] of the electrical installation. They may be less than the current rating of the main incomer protective device.

The FOSTAC MAXIMUS® unit should be connected between that meter and its associated distribution panel whose electrical circuits are the main items to be optimized.
-> is worthwhile to have a unit installed downstream of every meter, though this is not essential.
For buildings with a heat pump, electrical heating or other equipment that is connected via a second meter, there is no need for a second FOSTAC unit. The current saving effect may perhaps not be so great, but the current flow will still achieve harmonization of the whole installation. However, depending on the size of the installation, it may be necessary to use a larger unit (e.g. M100W) if a larger field effect is required.
Installing a larger unit is certainly advisable for relatively large residential units.
The current rating at the main incomer is usually greater than the sum of the protective device ratings at the meters. For this reason, the maximum current ratings of the protective devices for the individual phases (VS 1 and VS 2) must be observed.

Where there is power feed-in from a solar power installation, wind-power installation or thermal energy unit (CHP), for a single-family house it is sufficient to use only one FOSTAC MAXIMUS® unit (1). However, in order to achieve the greater field effect that is required, we recommend the use of a larger unit (e.g. M100W).
For larger objects, such as an apartment block or a farm with a solar power installation in a separate buil-ding, we recommend installing two separate units. The first unit is used to harmonize the living quarters and optimize the current, while the second unit is used to optimize the energy of the feed-in installation..

With modern installations that feed in power from a solar power unit, wind power unit or thermal power unit (CHP), the power is usually measured using a combined excess capacity and feed-in meter on the custo-mer side. As a rule, it is only necessary to use a single FOSTAC MAXIMUS® (1) unit, though we recommend using a larger unit (e.g. M100W) on account of the larger field effect.
For larger objects, such as an apartment block or a farm with a solar power installation in a separate buil-ding, we recommend installing two separate units. Planning large installations
Large installations for commercial and industrial use
Large installations (over 100 A) must be custom designed, since every installation poses its own special requirements on the FOSTAC MAXIMUS® unit. Therefore a survey should always be conducted on site with an electrician.
The following details must be provided with the order:
• Current rating of the main protective devices
• The number of conductors per phase

The relevant information for the rating of the FOSTAC unit is the ratings of the protective devices for meters concerned, not the ratings of the protective devices at the main incomer to the building. The main incomer is usually protected by devices with a higher current rating than the devices on the distri-bution panel.
However, for large industrial units (from M403) only the main incomer is relevant because the difference between it and the distribution panel is not significant. If there are several meters or transformers in the building, it may be necessary to install several FOSTAC units.

What happens to electrons in the FOSTAC MAXIMUS®?
This revolutionary product operates in accordance with the latest discoveries in atomic physics. Based on research and design of new electronic medical systems to be taken into space by Russian astronauts, eastern scientists have been able to demonstrate conclusively that the total information of all matter is stored in the electrons of the atoms.
The electron is the active part of every atom, and the nucleus is the reactive part. If the information in the electron is changed, it causes a corresponding change in the whole atom.
The scientific research showed that the electron develops a spin (rotation) on its own axis, either clockwise or anti-clockwise according to the type of its information. With sophisticated electronics and mathematical calculations it is now possible to measure (or calculate) the direction and speed of this spin as well as the wavelengths emitted.
Electrons normally contain a mixture of biologically negative information, which results in a clockwise spin, and biologically positive information, which re-sults in an anti-clockwise spin. The electrons that flow in electrical circuits also obey the same laws of nature. However, these electrons contain an excess of negative information, which results in electrons
rotating in the clockwise sense, and this has a bio-logically negative influence. Living systems in nature (humans, animals and plants) react to this negatively, with varying degrees of sensitivity. The phenomenon is referred to as electro-smog.
A further discovery is that the speed of the electron’s spin has no fixed value. According to Professor Andropov of the Academy of Sciences in Moscow, the spin speed of the electron can be increased up to 32 times the speed of light, the actual speed being dependent on the information that is imprinted on it. Where there is a mixture of negative and positive information, the electron spins more slowly – negative and positive, with their opposing energy charges, partially cancelling each other out.
